Our firm has forged and counseled award-winning strategic partnerships committed to revitalizing urban neighborhoods and guiding sustainable growth in regional transportation corridors.

Chicago Ave. and Lake Street in Minneapolis is the heart of the Midtown revitalization supported by highly effective strategic partnerships.

Mobilizing investments in the urban core

Nationally recognized for its accomplishments, the Phillips Partnership unites business executives and elected officials to lead the rebound in Phillips, Minneapolis' largest neighborhood and one of its most economically challenged. The group and its members have helped to guide $1.5 billion in strategic investment, attracting the people and enterprise needed to make the neighborhood thrive.

Promoting the public realm

At the behest of Hennepin County, the City of Minneapolis and the Metropolitan Council, we organized the Midtown Community Works Partnership as a forum to coordinate an array of public and private investments. The focus is on projects, including the Midtown Greenway and the Midtown Exchange redevelopment, that have community support and seek to enhance economic vitality, improve connections to the local and regional transit systems, and improve the surrounding neighborhoods.

Innovating in transit development

The expansion of public transit ranks among our growing region's top priorities. Working to deliver the first bus rapid transit system in the Twin Cities metro, the Bottineau Boulevard Partnership organizes community support and expertise in a program that also includes needed road improvements and regional economic development.
