Scott Landsman represents both public and private clients in all aspects of local government law, residential and commercial real estate and development, residential and commercial leasing, business representation and estate planning. 

His representation of private clients includes providing legal counsel for small to medium sized companies, assisting with commercial leasing for both tenants and landlords, and providing legal advice and guidance for commercial and residential development projects.

As regular City Attorney and Special Counsel, Mr. Landsman provides guidance and legal advice to his municipal clients on general matters, contracts, public bidding issues, land use regulations, zoning and planning, joint powers boards, property conveyance, and leasing. 

Mr. Landsman is a frequent presenter at continuing legal education seminars on land use and regulation.
